| dc.description.abstract | 在目前變化快速的環境下，對於企業而言，經營模式的創新日益重要。本研究將經營模式理解為由經營活動組合所形成的營運系統，據此，整個研究將朝向建立理解經營活動之間的互動關係的理論以及方法論發展。本研究根據系統科學的觀點認為經營模式中存在許多值得關注的相互依賴關係，如果能將這些支離破碎的處方整理成具有整體效能的子系統，或許會有機會輔助實務上的策略執行者，發展出更能契合環境變動的整體經營模式。
在研究方法方面，本研究採用紮根分析建立理論，透過對訪談個案文本經營模式因果脈絡的紮根編碼，並配合Nvivo、Pajek、Ucinet 等分析軟體，將已編碼的元件轉為經營模式的因果脈絡圖。再以此為依據建立分析方法。
在分析過程上，本研究利用數學中的圖論（Graph Theory）以及社會科學中的網路分析技術（Network Analysis），將先探討經營模式個別活動影響力的相關理論，並嘗試經由個別活動影響力討論整體活動網路結構的適配程度。隨後根據這些理論發展出符合經營模式活動網路的分析方法，並進行運算。最後運用這些運算的結果，篩選出經營模式活動網路中的關鍵活動，將其進行模組化，找出經
營模式之設計主題，並以這些設計主題做為改善基礎，建立經營模式的改善步驟與程序。

| dc.description.abstract | The innovation of a Business Model has been more and more important nowadays. The study sees a Business Model as a system that is made up by different business activities. The study tries to integrate those activities into a effective system and rise the fitness of a Business Model.
The study adopts Grounded Theory to build up a model with the help of some software including Nvivo, Pajek, and Ucinet. The study also uses Graph Theory and Network Analysis Techniques to discuss the influence of an individual activity and try to find out the measurement of system fitness.
According to these theories, the study develops a method which can analyze the fitness of a Business Model and puts into practice. After that, the study use the result to find key activities in a Business Model, then separate the whole system into several modules to form the design themes of a Business Model. At last, the study brings up
an explicit way to improve the fitness or stability of a Business Model of a company.
