dc.description.abstract近年來受到教育普及、社會風氣轉變及女性意識抬頭,女性紛紛走入職場,並在許多行業與職位上發揮影響力,獲得企業與社會的肯定。筆者身為女性主管,也很希望能對女性領導有更深一層的了解,遂選擇以「女性主管之領導力」為題進行研究。 本研究之目的在於透過對多位企業女性主管的深度訪談,獲取在各領導方面之女性觀點的資料,再藉由與中外文獻的比較分析後,歸納出研究結果,期望能深入探討女性主管的領導模式,並針對研究結果對女性主管提出建議,希望能供其參考之用。 本研究採用質性研究方法中的深度訪談法,共訪談六位不同企業領域之 女性主管,得到以下的研究發現: ? 女性主管普遍認同所謂的「女性特質」,尤其是女性善於溝通、較能包容與母性照顧的特質。 ? 女性主管認為未來的領導風格有中性化的趨勢。 ? 刻板印象對女性造成的升遷障礙和往日相較,確有改善。 ? 女性主管不只重視公司營運目標的達成,亦注重部屬自身的成長。 ? 女性主管在領導部屬時,常使用激勵的方式,給予部屬適切的鼓勵,同時對工作目標的達成也會設定一定的標準。 ? 女性主管認為「授權」行為是必要且重要的,透過授權行為可以讓自身與部屬都有更多的成長空間。 ? 女性主管在和部屬的相處上常有矛盾的一面,一方面希望關懷部屬,一方面又擔心過分熟絡會造成未來的人情包袱。 ? 女性主管認為豐富的人際網絡對一個主管來說,是一個必要的條件。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to collect the standpoints of female leaders in different category by interview and also refer to the comparison and analysis between Taiwan and the research of other countries. Then to summarize the result of study, we hope we can further analyze the leading style of female leaders and submit suggestions to them for their reference. After the interview with 6 female leaders in different categories, we have below findings: ? Most of the female leaders agree with the findings of “ female characteristics”, especially – good at communication, understanding and take care of staff like mothers. ? The female leaders believe the trend of future leading style will be between male and female ? The barrier of getting promotion for female has been improved compare with previous days ? The female leaders are not only care about the achievement of company’s target but also care about the growth of staff ? The female leaders normally lead the team by encouragement and set up a clear criteria for target ? The female leaders believe “ authorization “ is essential and important which can also make improvement to herself and the staff ? The female leaders always have dilemma how should they along with the team members properly ? The female leaders agree that it’s essential to have good relationship with people en_US
