dc.description.abstractMSP (Managed Service Provider) 的商業模式已在歐美實施超過十年,在網路連線成本下降、新的硬體技術應用的帶動下,讓MSP的服務範圍從初期的通訊設備逐步擴展到網路設備、資訊技術管理服務及商業流程。但是,MSP服務模式是否適合台灣的資訊管理服務產業?是否能被企業所接受?則有待研究。本研究以系統整合服務廠商提供MSP服務為標的,探討企業對系統整合服務廠商提供MSP服務的接受度,並對影響企業選擇MSP服務廠商的影響因素進行探討。 本研究先對資訊服務委外文獻進行探討,列出企業資訊委外的內容與條件,對適合以網際網路遠端服務的項目進行問卷調查,以了解這些服務項目為企業所接受的程度。最後根據企業的需求與選擇MSP服務廠商的考慮因素,以「管理服務」為目標的服務模式中應用遠端管理硬體技術,解決遠端管理服務中軟體無法克服的問題,為系統整合服務廠商提供一個可行的商業模式。本研究以問卷方式對企業的MSP服務需求進行調查發現: 1. 企業屬性中雇用專職資訊人員、企業的電腦數量與企業購買MSP服務意願有相關性。 2. 影響企業選擇MSP服務廠商的因素中,「服務人員的道德」是最受重視的。 3. 「服務的即時性」是MSP服務的特點同時也是企業所需要的。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe “MSP” (Managed Service Provider) business model has been in place for more than a decade in Europe and America. Driven by the decline in the cost of network connectivity and the new technology of applied hardware, the scope of MSP services extended gradually from the early stages for telecom equipment to the current network equipment, IT services and business process management. However, whether the MSP service model is suitable for Taiwan’s IT management services industry, and can be accepted by enterprises requires further study. This study, which targets the MSP services provided by the system integration vendors, is subject not only to explore how much the enterprises feel about the acceptance of services, but also to explore the impact of factors on how enterprises choose an MSP. This study first explores the literature about the outsourcing of information services. It lists the contents and conditions of enterprise IT outsourcing and conducts surveys to discover the items which are suitable for the MSP project. The study will also try to discover the extent of acceptance by the enterprises. Finally, we can put forward specific solutions according to business needs and the considerations of selecting MSP vendors. This solution may become the proper approach for the system integration service vendors to enhance the competitiveness and their market segment. The study which makes use of questionnaires to survey the business needs of MSP services has found out: 1. The hiring of the full-time IT staff and the number of computers of the enterprise will affect the feasibility of MSP outsourcing. 2. The most important factor which influences how enterprises choose MSP vendors is the morale of the service staff. 3. The "instant service" provided by the MSP to meet the needs of the enterprise. en_US
