dc.description.abstract本論文利用幾何光學的理論基礎,並透過光學設計軟體 CODE V 模擬設計 一掃描器鏡頭並進一步深入探討與研究分析成像品質與鏡頭製造、組裝之公差 分析。首先,選擇 Japan Patent 61_9607 860325作為起始值,再進行初階計算、成像品質標準訂定、優化分析、鏡片製造要求的確認、公差分析,最後設計出一個可掃描 A4 紙張尺寸、物像距為 300mm、各項成像品質(MTF、光學畸變、視訊畸變、像散要求、Lateral Color、Relative Illumination)達到所訂定標準的鏡頭。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractBase on Geometrical Optics Theory, this research is to design a scanner lens with optical simulating software, CODE V and further explored with research and analysis of imaging quality and tolerance analysis of lens for manufacturing and assembling. First, I select the Japan Patent 61_9607 860325 as my initial database, and then conduct lens elementary calculation, set up the imaging quality standards, optimize the imaging quality, confirm the manufacturing requirements of lens and conduct tolerance analysis. Finally, this thesis is the lens design of scanner to scan A4 size document, the total track distance 300 mm and the imaging quality such as MTF, Optical Distortion, TV Distortion, Astigmatism, Lateral Color and Relative Illumination were qualified to the target of imaging quality.en_US
