dc.description.abstract在傳統道路工程施工上,多憑經驗方式調派人力與機具,如此排程方法在小型工程尚可勝任,當工程規模要求工期縮短、工作量大、複雜性高時,決策者決定的調派可能無形中浪費許多資源而不自知;本研究針對道路工程機具與人員指派之個別需求及條件,利用線性規劃最佳化模式,求出每日各組機具及人力資源等之指派排程,提供道路工程調派者作為調度之參考。 在現今道路工程實務上,各項工程之資源及限制條件各有異同,為求最低成本及如期完工的目標,工程決策者可透過不同方式解決問題;本研究利用不同模式進行分析,除了解決限期完工的問題,也透過不同模式將所求得最低成本進行比較與探討。此外依據各參數之敏感度變化趨勢進行敏感度分析,藉由調整各工作面之限制條件或增減資源配置,以達資源充分利用與降低成本的目的。 求解方法上,本研究則依據各處施工場所所需人力、各機具作業時程等條件,利用EXCEL 軟體求得各機具在不同人力配置下每處完工所需天數,各模式在實際之執行過程中,當施工條件改變時,可隨時依最新條件調整參數,重新規劃排程。在不同的施工處所依各種不同的人力與機具組合產生基本資料,以當時之施工需求天數等因素訂定各限制條件之參數,輸入LINGO 7.0套裝軟體求解,即可直接輸出各模式最低成本、人力及機具指派情形等結果。 為驗證模式合理性,以某營造廠履行某道路工程案件為範例,進行模擬測試;並以最佳化模式所求得的最小成本與一般人工經驗指派方式求出之成本進行比較,以驗證本研究最佳化模式產生的指派結果,確實較人工經驗指派所得成本更低,更有效率。故本研究可靈活運用於先期規劃及人力增減檢討等成本規劃問題,具有輔助決策者辦理規劃作業之實用性。 關鍵字:機具與人力調派、最低成本、線性規劃、資源配置、最佳化。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAbstract In the traditional construction of road works, the more rule of thumb method to deploy manpower and equipment, so scheduling method in small-scale projects can still be competent, when the size of the project requirements to shorten the duration, workload, complexity is high, policy-makers decided to deploy may be invisible without being aware of the tremendous waste of resources; this study for the road works equipment and personnel assigned to the individual needs and conditions of the use of linear programming optimization model, find the day of each group of equipment and human resources assigned to scheduling, providing Road works to deploy those required for the activation of the reference. Road works in the modern practice, the works have their own similarities and differences between the resources and constrains, to seek the lowest cost and on schedule for completion of the objectives of the project of the decision-makers can solve the problem in different ways; this study, different modes of analysis, in addition to solve the deadline completion of the problem, but also through the different modes will be obtained by the lowest cost compared and discussed. In addition, the sensitivity of each parameter based on changes in the trend of sensitivity analysis, by adjusting the face of constraints or changes in the allocation of resources, to achieve full use of resources and reduce costs. Solving methods, this research is based around the construction site, the required manpower, the equipment operating conditions, such as time-use of EXCEL software to seek the machinery in different configurations of human completion of the required number of days in each place, each model in the practical implementation of the , when the construction conditions change, they can always adjust the parameters according to the latest re-planning schedule. Therefore, this study can be flexibly applied to advance planning and human changes in the review of planning issues such as costs, with supporting decision-makers of the usefulness of the process of planning operations.
