| dc.description.abstract | 機場跑道工程之全生命週期（含工程規劃、設計、施工，及完工
後維護及營運）而跑道胎屑清除工作，係屬該工程生命週期中維護項目的重要環節，航空器橡膠質輪胎於機場跑道起飛、降落過程劇烈加速與煞、停動作，必定會產生胎屑附著於跑道鋪面上，當胎屑累積至一定數量時，即影響及降低跑道的抗滑（摩擦）值，過低的跑道抗滑值對飛航安全必造成嚴重的影響，所以跑道清除胎屑與保持適當的抗滑值，就成為維護飛航安全不可忽視之重要的問題。
本研究由『跑道抗滑能力檢測』、『水滑現象產生原因』、『影
響鋪面抗滑性質的因素』、『濕滑跑道之操作問題』、『抗滑檢測相關規範』、『機場胎屑清除方法』、『民用航空局胎屑清除施工技術』等，至蒐集機場跑道抗滑值檢測技術『鋪面抗滑檢測儀器介紹』、『本研究實驗儀器』、『機場檢測作業實務』、『飛航指南跑道摩擦係數檢測』等，並以臺灣桃園機場胎屑清除維護工作（含介紹該機場兩種主要清除胎屑工法：高壓水刀+化學藥劑清除胎屑法及高速粒子衝擊清除胎屑法）為例，介紹其施工依據、契約條文、胎屑清除申請程序，並再介紹改良後之新式高壓水刀清除胎屑工法，及上述三種清除胎屑工法做成效分析與比較，最後提出結論與建議。

| dc.description.abstract | It’s really an important part of the maintenance to remove scrapes of tire
on the airport runway, thought the full life cycle of engineer including
planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation .As we know ,
there will be quantities rubber scrapes of tires on the runway while taking
off and touching down during the fierce acceleration or braked to a stop
that would certainly lead to scrapes of tire attached on the runway
pavement . When the tire crumbs be accumulated to a quantities, it will
identify affect and reduce the anti-sliding (friction ) values on runway .
Low anti-sliding value of the runway will seriously affect flight safety. It is
so importance in protecting flight safety that clear the scrapes of tire and
maintain proper anti-sliding value should not be neglected.
First ,this study introduce how the scrapes of tire on the runway be
occurred ,then will be the literature review ( including fresh-water slip
phenomenon causes , the factors in which affect the pavement sliding , the
operational problems of wet runway ,detection standard related to
anti-sliding specification ,Airport scrapes of tire removal method ,and Civil
Aviation Authority tire crumbs removal maintenance technology as
well).Moreover ,we devoted to the collection job in the anti-sliding
detection techniques( including introduction of pavement anti-skiing testing
equipments, experimental instruments in this study, reality process in
airport inspection ,＂Flight Guide＂ Runway friction effects detection , etc.).
