dc.description.abstract對於預拌混凝土廠商而言,在面對砂石原料價格飆漲及同業競爭激烈環境之下,如何於順利供料及品質無虞下做最好成本管控,達到最大獲利的情況,已為預拌混凝土廠管理人之重要課題。 本研究以預拌混凝土廠運輸車輛指派,提供工地需求混凝土料為研究範圍,建立一套以整數規劃為架構之數學最佳化模式,協助預拌廠管理人將現有預拌廠及運輸車輛整合,統一規劃調度派遣方案,以使衍生之成本最小化增加收益。當外在環境及限制條件改變時,本研究模式可隨時依最新條件調整參數,重新進行新一輪工地需求規劃方案。另經由敏感度分析,針對各參數之敏感度變化趨勢,主動調整相關參數,以因應實務變化得調整新指派方案。本研究將各案件之基本資料及限制條件訂定各限制式之參數,將資料以EXCEL軟體方式輸入LINGO8.0套裝軟體求解,即可得各案合併規劃後之成本最佳化之結果。 為驗證模式之適用性,本研究以北縣某預拌混凝土廠商2間預拌混凝土廠及30輛2種型式預拌車為範例測試,測試結果與人工經驗決策及指派方式比較,顯示成效良好。故本研究可靈活運用於滿足每個工地需求做整體規劃,以輔助管理人調度派遣計劃之重要參考。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractFacing to the market competition and price increasing of the raw materials-sands and aggregates, it is a very important topic for Ready-mixed Concrete Plant to control its cost down best based on good Ready-mixed Concrete quality and supply. This study bases on the Ready-mixed Concrete Trucks assignments for the construction sites of the Ready-mixed Concrete Plant that may set up a mathematic optimum model using integer plan. This model intends to help the Ready-mixed Concrete Plant Managers cooperate its plants and Ready-mixed Concrete Trucks and centralize its plants and Ready-mixed Concrete Trucks assignments and therefore cut the cost to minimum to increase the margin. This study can change parameters and reanalyze based on different external environmental and constraint factors. In addition, this study can adjust relative parameters by mean of sensitivity analysis for each parameter variation trends. This study sets up the parameters based on the basic information and restrictions of each case The data use OFFICE EXCEL to input LINGO 8.0 software to get the cost optimum results. This study adopts two Ready-mixed Concrete Plants and two types, 30 Ready-mixed Concrete Trucks for verification. The test results show that this model is better than the traditional manual operation. Therefore, this study could help the Ready-mixed Concrete Plant to manage its Ready-mixed Concrete truck assignments. en_US
