dc.description.abstract | In recently years, urban attract a large number of people move into, live or obtain employment in Taiwan. Which causes the growth of vehicle, results to the fact that the demand of parking area increases, and due to inadequate urban planning in advance, at the same time supply of parking area has not increased relatively. It causes serious traffic problem, subsequent over planned parking area at low demand area, or has not considering the local parking characteristic which leads to not able to achieve the original anticipated effect even the parking area has been built.
Therefore, how to diversify the utilization of parking area from urban planning, make it can reduce differentiate of parking demand in area, on the other hand, make effort to stimulate the utilization of parking area by diversified business activities, enable parking area has its optimized benefit and how to use existing resource, decide an optimized cost of parking area diversification in a fast, effective way, it is crucial for decision maker.
This study is trying to set up an optimization way of a set of mathematics base on the structure as linear programming of integer, and using LINGO 7.0 software to find a minimize expenditure associate of diversification. It also combines a sensitivity analysis to every parameters of influencing the minimum expenditure; in order to find out the influence of every parameter change to the result, adjust the combination of diversification to meet actual demand. In conclusion, this study was refer to Taipei County, Taishan township (3) parking building project and plan to carry out an test to compare this studied model and benefit.
