dc.description.abstractTFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,薄膜電晶體-液晶顯示器)產品具有輕、薄、省能源與低幅射之優點,挾其技術優勢、寬廣的產品應用和規模經濟,符合數位時代對全方位資訊產品及消費性電子產品應用的需求,遂成為平面顯示器之市場主流。然而TFT- LCD科技日新月異,為迅速反應市場需求,只有不斷在技術研發上進步才是邁向成功的重要基石。本研究基於個案公司針對TFT-LCD之陣列段新製程技術導入個案,來探討在不增加設備固定資產投資下,如何藉由新製程技術的導入以提升TFT的性能,且同時維持其產品品質與信賴性?對於新製程技術開發是否有一管理流程,以減少開發時間與失敗機率,並於後續工廠量產時,能迅速導入且保持穩定的良率? 本研究藉由個案公司依循技術開發品質管制模式來執行陣列新製程技術開發,以探討此一模式是否有效的解決了上述問題,且此技術開發品質管制模式可否運用於其他產業,所得結論如下: 1.個案公司依循技術開發品質管制模式達成迅速開發新製程技術以提升TFT的性能、減少開發失敗機率、兼顧產品品質及後續工廠量產快速導入並保持穩定良率的目標。 2.此一模式與先進已開發國家及國際上汽車工業要求的ISO9001標準相同,對於任何產業較高層次的新製程技術開發套用上依然適用。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) has the merits like: light, thin, power save and low radiation. Based on the technology superiority, wide product applications and economical scale, it fits in with all kinds of information products and consumer electronic products, then becoming the main stream of FPD. The technology of TFT-LCD always makes progress, for fast response of market demand, only making progress of technology is the base of success. The case study is focus on new TFT-LCD array process technology implantation by “A” company, under no increasing investment of equipment fix assets, has such questions: how to improve the TFT performance by new process technology implantation? Furthermore, how to keep the product quality and reliability at the same time? Is it exist a manage procedure for new process technology development, to reduce the development time and fail ratio? Furthermore, how to keep stable yield and fast implantation on mass production stage? The case study “A” company develops new TFT-LCD array process technology by follow “Technology development quality control” mode, to confer above question is solved by the control mode? Is it fit other industry? The conclusion as follows: 1.“A” company develops new TFT-LCD array process technology by follow “Technology development quality control” mode, to reach the target of improve the TFT performance, fail ratio reduction, keep the product quality and stable yield on mass production stage. 2.The “Technology development quality control” mode is not only complied with in most well developed countries, also executed in quality system as a requirement in International Quality Standard. Definitely, it is appropriate for all business industry apply to develop new process technology implantation. en_US
