dc.description.abstract企業在有限資源環境下為達成資源利用最佳化目的,全球專業分工是未來發展趨勢,集團內企業的跨組織協同合作則是專業分工的實現。因此本研究以集團內跨的公司軟體協同開發為對象,探討協同過程所遭遇到的問題,分成軟體專案特性與組織管理因素探討,並研究軟體部門實施軟體協同開發的績效,以試圖發掘軟體專案特性及組織管理因素對軟體協同開發績效的影響關係。本研究採單一個案研究分析法,對跨大陸與台灣兩地的電子表單軟體協同開發個案,進行半結構式訪談以蒐集資料進行分析。 研究結果發現,需求不確定、時程過於樂觀、軟體品質缺陷等軟體專案特性,對軟體協同開發的時間與品質產生不利影響。團隊成員抗拒、協同目標共識、組織文化差異、資訊使用成本等組織管理因素,對軟體協同開發團隊有著明顯的影響。根據研究訪談顯示,組織管理因素遠較軟體專案特性影響層面大。本研究建議企業在實施跨組織文化的軟體協同開發時,需特別重視主管支持態度及團隊成員組織文化差異性問題。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe global division of labor is the trend of future development, due to the purpose of optimizing resources in the circumstance of limited resources. Inter-enterprise collaboration in the enterprise group has become the best way for professional division of labor. Thus, inter-enterprise co-development in the software development was the subject of this research. The research explored the problems and the causes of software project characteristics and organizational management factors in the collaborative process. Moreover, the research showed the performance of implementation resulted from co-development in the software development department, and tried to discover the influence of software project characteristics and organizational management factors on the performance of software co-development. The research utilized single case study and semi-structured interviews to collect data. The research found that software project characteristics including uncertainty of demand, optimistic schedule and software quality defects have disadvantageous with the timing and quality of the software co-development performance. The organizational management factors including team members’ resistance, unclean collaborative goal and cultural differences between the two organizations have significant impact on team performance. The results suggest that enterprise should pay more attention to supervisor’s support and cultural differences among team members when implementing inter-organization collaborative software development. en_US
