dc.description.abstract中文摘要 隨著台灣教育制度的改革,實施多元入學以來,現行高中職招收學生的主要管道有「免試」、「申請」、「甄選」以及「登記分發入學」四種。但近十年來臺灣的生育率不斷下降,少子化效應衝擊各個層面,許多學校面臨減班及存廢之際,尤其是私立高中,無不積極建立該校的特色,同時也努力在招生以及校內課業輔導提昇學生素質,進而能夠在升學成績上有亮眼的表現,以確保學校的永續經營。 有鑑於此,本研究採個案研究的方式,以商業智慧觀點針對學生背景與在校成績進行分析,提供給個案學校在招收學生及課業輔導時一些具有參考價值的指標或規則。本研究共取得A高中91至95年度入學學生的基本資料,用以建構資料倉儲系統,並分別以OLAP以及關聯法則探勘,最後根據分析結果進行歸納與匯整,並達到以下之研究目標: 1.整合各處室的學生學籍資料以及學生成績資料,建構一完整資料倉儲系統。 2.利用商業智慧分析不同入學背景與在校成績之表現,作為招生處室擬定招生策略之參考指標。 3.以資料處理科為例,找出核心科目之間成績優劣表現的關聯性,以作為學校招生以及輔導學生之參考。 最後根據研究結果,本研究一共提出四點建議提供個案學校作參考,也期望能因資訊科技的利用,使學校能給予學生適性適才的輔導,進而使兩方皆能達到雙贏的局面。 關鍵字:商業智慧、資料倉儲、 線上即時分析處理、資料探勘、關聯法則 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT With the reform in Taiwan educational system and the implementation of Multiple Entrance Program, there are four channels to enter the high school - open admission, admission by recommendation and screening, admission by application, and admission by registration and placement. However, for the past decade, the birth rate declines constantly. This brings impact on various dimensions. Many schools have to decrease the number of classes, especially in private high school. In order to confront the situation, all of the high schools try hard to establish their feature and raise student’s level. The case study is conducted by analyzing students’ background and grade with business intelligence and providing the meaningful reference in student recruitment and counseling. Then, we build the warehouse system according to our data, which consist of the freshmen’s personal information from 2002 - 2006 of school A, and analysis it by olap and association rule respectively. The study aims to achieve the following purposes: 1. To build up a complete data warehouse by integrating all the students’ data. 2. To analyze student’s background and grades by business intelligence and provide the reference for student recruitment 3. Take Department of Data Processing for example, to find the relationship between the grades of core subjects and offer the information for student recruitment and counseling. Finally, the research provides five suggestions to school according to the result. Besides, we expect that school can offer students assistance by the use of IT and construct a win-win situation.
