| dc.description.abstract | 隨著汽車製造工藝日新月異及人們對於汽車之舒適便利及安全上的要求，有愈來愈多的電子科技與汽車開始結合，這也使得許多原本與汽車工業無相關聯的電子產業面臨著需加入並成為合格的汽車產業供應商的需求。
自ISO/TS16949 於2002 年3 月公佈後，對全球汽車產業供應鏈之品質管理系統產生了重大改變；該系統於2009年6月為配合ISO9001:2008條文的改版要求，進行改版以更加適用於整個汽車產業供應鏈。本研究的目的是期望藉由個案公司：XXX 股份有限公司(以下簡稱 K 公司)，在現有品質系統架構下結合了ISO/TS16949 品質系統之條文規定與顧客特殊要求，導入 ISO/TS16949 汽車業品質管理系統。
基於上述之研究背景及動機，本研究目的為針對個案公司因應不同客戶於稽核評鑑時對ISO/TS16949系統之要求項目並將之整合入ISO/TS16949系統架構內的實證研究。並經由實例的探討，提供學術界相關議題的討論及欲導入ISO/TS16949的相關企業作為管理實務上的參考。

| dc.description.abstract | With the ever-changing automotive technology and people’s requirements for comfort, convenient and security of cars. There are more and more electronic technology applied to cars. The trend also led many electronics companies which supposed non-associated with the automotive industry to face the need of becoming qualified suppliers.
Since the ISO/TS16949 was announced in March 2002, the quality management system has been more strict with the quality of global automotive industry supply chain. Because of the revision of ISO9001:2008, the quality management system also revised to match the requirments and to be suitable for the entire automotive industry supply chain. The purpose of this study is expected by this case: XXX Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as K Company). The study is upon the present framework of quality system, and combining ISO/TS16949 quality system lists with customer’s specific requirements. Furthermore, leading to ISO/TS16949 automotive quality management system.
Based on the above-mentioned of background and motivation, the study is according to empirical research. The purpose of this study is that the case company (K Company) could manage different audit clients’ requirements of ISO/TS16949 during the evaluation of the system. By providing practical instances about ISO/TS16949, hopely it could be as the reference for academic discussion of related issues and for a company which wants to import ISO/TS16949 management practices.
