dc.description.abstract面對全球化的競爭趨勢、生產基地的外移、外在環境的劇烈變動,對企業的經營有著一定程度的衝擊與影響。當企業為了因應局勢的變化所做的變革、領導、管理以及執行力的展現、策略的擬定,雖都是高層經營團隊的職責。但是,實際帶領團隊成員執行、貫徹政策與左右成效的,在在都與中階主管的領導有關。造紙業雖屬於高污染、高耗能的產業,但民生與工業的發展卻也佔有一席之地。值此大陸擴展版圖之際,中階主管的領導模式對於工作績效,深深影響各地工廠的實質發展。因此,本研究係以Y公司所屬各廠為範圍,探討中階主管人格特質、領導風格與工作績效之間的關聯性。 本研究先以郵件方式告知各廠人力資源主管(幹部),再採用郵寄問卷方式,以該廠所有中階主管作為普查對象,而該主管所屬部屬選擇二人作為搭配問卷,總計發放主管問卷120份,部屬問卷240份。共回收有效樣本主管問卷103份,部屬問卷206份。主要運用敘述性統計、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法分析;發現中階主管人格特質與工作績效間無顯著相關,但若將領導風格加入自變項,則發現與工作績效間呈顯著正相關,所以中階主管領導風格具有人格特質與工作績效之間的「中介」效果。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe face of global competition, relocation of production bases, dramatic changes in the external environment, the business enterprise has a certain degree of impact and influence. When the business response to changes in the situation did change, leadership, administration and execution of the show, strategy formulation, although all senior management team responsibilities. However, the actual implementation of leading the team, about the effectiveness of implementing the policy and, in the middle level managers in both the leadership and relevant. Although paper industry is highly polluting, energy-intensive industries, but the people’’s livelihood and industrial development but also a place. On this occasion of the territory of mainland expansion, the middle managers of the leading model for job performance, deeply affect the physical development throughout the plant. Therefore, this study is based on the company owned the plant for the Y range of middle managers, personality, leadership style and the correlation between job performance. In this study, plants were informed by mail of Human Resources Head (cadres), then by mailing questionnaires to the plant as a survey of all middle managers, object, and the head of their subordinates to choose two as with the questionnaire, a total of 120 questionnaires issued charge copies of 240 subordinate questionnaires. A total sample of 103 middle managers of questionnaires, 206 questionnaires were subordinates. The main use of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis , statistical analysis. Personality traits found in the middle managers with no significant correlation between job performance, but will join the leadership style variables, and job performance were found significant positive correlation, so in order with the personality traits of leadership style and job performance among "intermediary" effect. en_US
