| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to survey known results on minimum strictly fundamental cycle basis. It is hoped that our survey will facilitate future research in the study of minimum strictly fundamental cycle basis. Proofs of some existing results are provided if we could not get the old papers containing them. In this thesis, we also provide some new results.
