dc.description.abstract本論文以差動偵測技術配合表面電漿共振技術,再結合CCD擷取影像資訊,提出一套可偵測一平面折射率分布的「全場光強差動式表面電漿共振偵測技術」。本研究利用差動偵測的概念,除了可有效消除光源強度浮動和背景光雜訊對訊號的影響外,並且可提升共振光強分析式系統對於折射率的靈敏度,以改善一般光強分析式系統的缺點。 對於實驗結果作分析後,可得知本系統光強差動訊號對於折射率的靈敏度為1.35×10^2 (1/RIU),而光強差動訊號之解析度為0.0016,由前面兩者可算出本系統對於折射率的解析度為1.2×10^-5 RIU。本系統具有成本低、即時量測、靈敏度和解析度高的優點,若能實際將此技術使用於生物分子陣列晶片的偵測,對於生醫檢測領域將是一大貢獻。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAn intensity differential surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technique with full-field detection is proposed. In this study, we combine the differential detection technique, SPR technique and CCD camera to detect the refractive index variation of the testing sample. The system can not only reduce the influence of laser source fluctuation and ambient noise, but also improve the measurement sensitivity and resolution, to improve the defect of common resonance light intensity. The experimental results demonstrate that the sensitivity of the system is 1.35×10^2 (1/RIU) and the resolution of intensity differential signal is 0.0016, so the resolution of refractive index is 1.2×10^-5 RIU. The system has the advantages of low cost, real-time detection, higher sensitivity and resolution. If the system can be applied to the biological molecule array, it will have large contribution for biomedical testing. en_US
