dc.description.abstract自工業革命以來,各項產業如雨後春筍般興起,而其中營建產業更是帶動各項產業的火車頭。但早期營建工程建設開發因缺乏整體環境平衡考量,造成自然生態景觀破壞、資源未有效利用、產業能源不當利用與生命週期各階段環境衝擊等問題,成為使全球暖化持續加速,氣候變遷愈來愈嚴重原因之一。 有鑑於以營建產業為主的公共工程建設開發與自然環境互動密切,且造成影響衝擊深遠,為避免不當開發造成自然環境破壞及環境失序,行政院頒訂「振興經濟擴大公共建設投資計畫落實節能滅碳執行方案」,要求擴大公共建設投資計畫特別預算經費必須含有至少10%之綠色內涵經費。 本研究經由國內外文獻及各項參考資料以機場捷運高鐵桃園站結構工程為例經生命週期評估、碳盤查及碳足跡等方法評估其節能減碳效益探討綠色內涵落實程度。研究結果除水泥混凝土使用再利用材料所達到減少1645.775 噸-eCO2排放量外,可回收結構鋼材亦可減少659.588 噸-eCO2排放量,減碳效益龐大;且綠色內涵經費達總工程經費18.55%高於10%符合國家政策要求。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractVarious industries are springing up since the Industrial Revolution. Construction industry, among these, acts as locomotive to drive others. In early construction engineering, however, the construction and development lack of overall environmental balance consideration, resulting in natural ecological destruction, ineffectively use resources, improper use of industry energies and building materials in various stages of its life cycle impact environment and so on. This is one of the reasons to make global warming continues to accelerate and climate change become more serious. In view of the construction industry-based public works interact closely with the natural environment and make far-reaching impact to it. In order to avoid damage to the natural environment and environmental disorder caused by improper development. The Executive Yuan awarded Order "projects for the economic revitalization through the expansion of public construction implement energy saving and carbon reduction program”. This program required at least 10% budget of the green connotation in “Expand public construction investment projects special budget”. This study utilizes domestic and foreign literatures and reference data and takes THSR Taoyuan station structural engineering on Airport MRT system as an example to evaluate the benefits of green energy and reduce carbon efficiency by life-cycle assessment, carbon audit methods, carbon footprint and discuss the implementation of green connotation. The research result find re-use of concrete materials can reduce1645.775 tons of eCO2 emissions and the recyclable structure steels will also reduce the 659.588 tons-eCO2 emissions. The benefit of carbon reduction is huge and the green connotation budget is 18.55 % of the total project budget which is over than 10% conform to the national policy requirements. en_US
