dc.description.abstract每個企業在經營的態度都是小心翼翼、兢兢業業地,唯恐一個不小心就被市場淘汰,除了要保持本身的優勢,更要加大與對手的差距,讓其無法動搖本身在產業的地位。在全球化的個人電腦產業,尤其如此,競爭對手不僅是國內企業,還有更多的外國企業,在這樣的環境中,產業的變化是非常快速的,稍微落後,若沒有立刻跟上,很快就被市場淘汰,由這十年的市場排名變化可見一般,在十年的個人電腦前五大的排名,全是美系、日系等品牌,在最近五年內,前五大已經有兩個是華人的品牌,就可以得到印證。 專案管理的研究,從第二次世界大戰中的原子彈計畫開始被重視,慢慢的演進成為一門科學,也納入許多工具來協助專案的管理,使專案管理經由量化的數據,進而得以分析,並且有許多的相關的理論與標準步驟及做法。從而可以在專案執行的過程中,對於不熟悉專案管理的人,也可以遵循這樣的方式,執行專案的管理,增加專案的成功率。 在快速的產業變化裡,為了不被市場淘汰,企業要及時趕上變化,在專案的執行過程中,沒有辦法遵循管理理論的各種方法與步驟來執行,在整個專案執行的目的上,就是要幫企業解決問題,只有快速地把問題解決,讓企業及時化解危機,專案才算成功,在這樣的情況下,溝通就是非常重要的工具,唯有不斷的溝通,緊密的溝通,讓專案成員間,可以藉由溝通這個管理工具,迅速了解專案背景、進度、問題與解決之道,讓專案在執行過程,有一致性的方向。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe attitude on the management of each enterprise are carefully and diligently in order to avoid of being ranked out of the market because of careless mistakes. To make competitors lag behind us gradually by using intrinsic superiority and maintain the unshakable positions in the industry is very important. In the global PC industry, competitions are not only domestic companies, but also foreign ones. In such environment, the enterprises will be eliminated through competition easily if they do not catch up while lag behind. We can tell from the ranking variation in the past 10 years. In the early 10 years, the top 5 PC brands are American or Japanese. However, two Chinese brands have climbing to top 5 brands in the last five years. Project management research began to be paid much attention to and became a science gradually since the A-bomb plan during World War II. It adapts many tools to assist the project management create and quantitative data. By analyzing the quantitative data, many relative theories, standard procedures and practical methods are brought out. People who are not familiar with project management can process the project smoothly and increase the percentage of success by adapting the methods. For not being eliminated through competition, enterprises must always follow the trend. During the execution of the project, some steps could not be carried out by following project theories and methods. The main purpose of the project management is to resolve the problems of the enterprises. A successful project can help the enterprises pass the crisis promptly. In this situation, the communication becomes an important tool. Closely and repeated communication can not only help the project member understand the background, process, problem but also figure out the solution rapidly. en_US
