dc.description.abstract相較於過往的視訊壓縮標準,H.264/AVC 能提供更好得視訊品質與編 碼效能,最主要的原因在於其採用了許多先進的技術,像可變區塊大小的 移動估測,但在此同時,計算複雜度亦會無法提升至無法令人接受的地 步,過往已經有許多高效率的演算法是針對P 畫面編碼以降低其計算複雜 度,卻沒有文獻在探討B 畫面與P 畫面的差異,基於此原因,本論文中我 們將針對B 畫面編碼以提出高效率的模式決策機制來加速B 畫面的編碼, 除此之外,我們亦提出了一種高效率移動估測演算法來再次的節省編碼時 間,實驗結果顯示,比起傳統的B 畫面編碼,我們所提出的演算法不但可 以在節省計算複雜度的同時亦能增加編碼的效能。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractH.264/AVC achieves significantly better coding performance, compared to revious video coding standard. This is because that many advanced techniques are employed in H.264/AVC, such as variable block sizes motion estimation. Therefore, the computation complexity is unbearable. Many efficient algorithms have been proposed for P frame coding to reduce the computation complexity. In this thesis, we focus on B frame coding and propose efficient mode decision scheme to speed up the B frame coding. In addition, an efficient motion estimation algorithm, has been proposed to further reduce the coding time. The experimental results show that our proposed algorithm can reduce the computation complexity while improving the coding performance, when compared to original B frame coding scheme. en_US
