dc.description.abstract本研究延續實驗室之多併環噻吩開發,引入長碳鏈於併環噻吩主體,在分子末端分別引入 tetracyano group (TCN) 和全氟苯環 (DFP) 兩種拉電子基,開發出具有溶解度的可溶性材料 n-type 的有機化合物 (1) ~ (7)。利用 UV 和 DPV 數據結果得知,和全氟苯環系列相比,TCN 系列的λonset 紅位移,LUMO 能階下降,能隙也較小。因此推測 TCN 系列和 DFP 系列相比,會有更好的載子移動率表現。所開發的有機半導體材料 OTFT 元件電性仍在待測中。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractSeven soluble and highly stable poly fused thiophene (DTT and TTA) based materials have been developed for organic thin film transistors (OTFT). Via extension of π-π conjugation. Seven n-type compounds (1) ~ (7) have been newly obtained by introduction of electron withdrawing group (C6F5 and tetracyano group) to these fused thiophene cores. Compared to DFP series, the optical absorption spectra of TCN series are significantly red shift and exhibits smaller band gap. The OTFT studies of these compounds are in progress.en_US
