zh_TW
Critical infrastructure systems including electric power, water distribution, transportation and telecommunications are important elements in maintaining human economic activities and country development. In critical infrastucture system, electrical power transmission system is the most important element of the others. In recent years, the electrical power transmission systems have been stressed by significant natural hazards and human errors leading to malfunction. The seismic disasters are happened frequently in Taiwan. Therefore, seismic risk assessment of the electrical power transmission system is very important. This study mainly investigates the effect of seismic disruptions upon the performance of real electric power networks in Taoyaun, using the shortest shortest path algorithms and Monte Carlo simulation. en_US
