dc.description.abstract本論文主要研究在不同白光LED光源封裝型式中添加散射微粒對空間相關色溫均勻性之影響。主要白光LED設計以黃色螢光粉層覆蓋藍光晶片之傳統結構為主,利用光學軟體建立白光LED模型,模擬白光LED元件在空間角度相關色溫分佈,及模擬在螢光粉層內添加透明或具散射特性的微粒材料,以增加空間相關色溫均勻性。透過實作的方式,驗證建立的模型,經由量測設備量測不同螢光粉重量百分濃度或添加不同重量百分濃度的散射微粒,產生相關色溫的趨勢,繪出趨勢線及擬合趨勢方程式。 透過建立之光學模型,分析不同封裝型式的白光LED所產生的空間相關色溫均勻性,並在螢光粉層或封裝層內添加散射微粒,分析對於空間相關色溫均勻性的影響。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis studies the effect of color temperature uniformity to add scattering particles in different white LED light package type. Major White LED designed for traditional structure uses yellow phosphor layer covers blue chip, using optical software simulation of the white LED element in correlated color temperature of the space angle distribution, and simulation in the phosphor layer, add a transparent or scattering properties of particulate materials in order to increase the space correlated color temperature uniformity. Through implementation, to verify the established model, use measurement equipment for measured different weight percentage concentration of phosphor, or add different weight percentage concentration of scattering particles, resulting in a correlated color temperature trend to draw the trend line and fitting trend equations. Through the optical model, analyses of the space generated color temperature uniformity by the different packages of white LED, and add scattering particles in the phosphor layer or encapsulation layer, analysis of the impact of space-related color temperature uniformity. en_US
