dc.description.abstract本文主要研究將散熱裝置整合於質子交換膜燃料電池之極板,為了使燃料電池在運作中保持適當的溫度與排除反應時的廢熱,利用整合水冷流道之極板取代以往外加式水冷流道板之作法,改善極板與水冷流道板後堆疊組裝後厚度增加的問題;並且將金屬發泡材組裝於水冷流道內,以提升水冷流道的散熱與溫控能力。 在研究中使用不同水溫及其他參數對電池進行性能量測,並且利用熱電偶觀測電池各部位之溫度變化與分佈,以檢驗此整合水冷流道可將燃料電池的溫度控制在適當範圍內,並且可讓燃料電池產生之廢熱順利排出。 由實驗結果可得知,利用金屬發泡材填充於水冷流道之設計應用於整合水冷流道之極板上,可將電池反應時多餘廢熱帶走,且利用水溫即可控制電池溫度,讓電池溫度平均分佈,也使電池整體厚度降低。zh_TW
dc.description.abstract This paper focuses on the integration of the heat sink in the PEMFC bipolar plate. In order to keep the cell under small temperature change and exhaust the heat of reactions properly during the operation, the usage of an integrated water-cooled channel bipolar plate can replace the conventional water-cooled runner plate. The model can improve the problem of the thickness in PEMFC stack; and assemble the metal foam in the water-cooled flow channel to enhance the water-cooled flow channel cooling and temperature control capabilities. With the view to absorbing the best performance of PEMFC, the model was measured by different water temperature and other parameters in the study; meanwhile it was estimated temperature distribution in each part of PEMFC by thermocouple to verify that the model can control the cell temperature accurately and dissipate the heat effectively. It can be seen from the experimental results that the design of the water-cooled flow channel filled with the metal foam is applied to the bipolar plate of the water-cooled flow channel, which can take away the excess waste heat during the PEMFC reaction and control the PEMFC temperature by using the water temperature, So that the average distribution of PEMFC temperature, but also to reduce the battery thickness.en_US
