dc.description.abstract近年來,氣候變遷的議題吸引著全球的目光,因為地球各個角落都觀察到異常的天氣模式,有效的能源管理在節約能源和降低溫室氣體排放的潛力讓其由先成為焦點,2011年國際標準化組織宣布了ISO 50001能源管理系統標準,讓這個目標確實可行。 ISO 50001能源管理系統指定了能源管理系統的建立、完成、維持、改善,其目的在使一個組織可以遵循系統化的方式,來達到持續改善能源績效、包括能源效率、能源使用和消耗,對所有希望能確保符合規定的能源政策和能對所有利益相關團體展現績效的組織,ISO 50001均可適用。 能源剖面、能源基線、能源績效指標為對成功的能源管理系統不可或缺的具體需求,採用SEMI S23-0705半導體製造設備之能源、電力、原料節約基準和國際節能績效量測與驗證規範來達到ISO50001的測量與驗證需求,本研究使用TFT-LCD的製程來闡述建立能源剖面、能源基線以及選擇能源績效指標的方法論,研究結果對設計和完成能源管理系統有興趣的組織具有寶貴的參考價值。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractClimate change has attracted global attention in recent years because of the abnormal weather patterns observed in all corners of the earth. Effective energy management is a priority focus due to its potentials in saving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This goal becomes achievable with the promulgation of ISO 50001, the energy management system standard, by the International Organization for Standardization in 2011. ISO 50001 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving an energy management system. Its purpose is to enable an organization to follow a systematic approach in achieving continual improvement of energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and consumption. ISO 50001 is applicable to all organizations wishing to ensure that it conforms to its stated energy policy and to demonstrate its performance to all interested parties. Specific requirements essential to the success of the energy management system are energy profile, energy baseline, and energy performance indicators. SEMI S23-0705 and the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol are adopted to fulfill the measurement and verification requirements of ISO 50001. This study utilizes a TFT-LCD manufacturing process to illustrate the methodologies in establishing the energy profile, energy baseline and the selection of the performance indicators. Results of this research provide valuable reference to organizations interested in the design and implementation of an effective energy management system en_US
