dc.description.abstract薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器(Thin Film Transistor - Liquid Crystal Display,TFT - LCD)製造業是台灣這幾年繼半導體後熱門的產業之一,目前所生產產值占世界第二的位置,緊追在南韓之後。在國內TFT-LCD 是個新興的產業,在各項的安全評估資料以及人因分析資料上,相較半導體業而言,均未建置完善。此產業在中段組立及後段模組雇用大量人力進行搬運,但近年來後段模組製程已大部分轉至東南亞等人力成本較低國家,因此本研究係以中段組立製程為研究重心。本研究目的在於探討在此段製程現場人員在長時間、重複性動作下,所造成的身體肌肉骨骼不適狀況,期望相關調查研究結果可以做為本產業未來發展之考量,並減少員工身體不適感以達成雇主及勞工雙贏局面。 研究對象為北部某TFT-LCD組立製程之員工,研究共分為三個部分,首先是進行員工健保診所就診資料調查搜集,了解作業人員健康狀況或肌肉骨骼的不適部位;第二個部分採用北歐肌肉骨骼系統問卷調查表(Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnair,NMQ)設定問卷;最後則使用(Musculoskeletal Disorders,MSDs)人因工程危害因子檢點表進行現場作業站點觀察及各站點危害評估。研究結果發現,在雷射切割站、偏光膜站、二次切割站及出貨區同仁在上肢部位、下背肌肉及腳踝肌肉骨骼不適症狀的比率頗高,因此建議改善建議設置可架設卡匣自動傳輸設備、增設站坐二用椅、實施體適能活動等促進職場健康活動、各站點定期輪調制度、實施健康管理或辦理職場健康促進活動、使用推車輔助以減少人工搬運的距離與頻率及配工制度建立。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractLCD manufacturing has been the focus of Taiwan’s industrial development since late 1990s. Advanced manufacturing technologies enable Taiwan to become one of the major players in this highly competitive field. Because of its relatively short development history, occupational health and safety management of the LCD industry is still at its infancy. One of the symptoms commonly suffered by the employees of the LCD industry is work-related musculoskeletal disorders. This is caused by repetitive arm and hand movements of operators. The disorders are worsened by the manufacturing of large-size made-for-television LCDs and the 12-hour shifts commonly practiced by Taiwan’s high-tech industries. This study focuses on the musculoskeletal disorder analysis and diagonosis of the operators working in the Cell process. This is carried out in three phases. The first phase is the collection and analysis of data related to operators’ complaints and visits to the medical clinic of the designated LCD manufacturer. Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire survey constitutes the second part of this study while work station observation using the Musculoskeletal Disorders-based checklist completes the study. Work stations causing the most complaints of musculoskeletal disorders among the operators are identified and remedies concerning the design of the workstations as well as operating procedures are proposed. en_US
