| dc.description.abstract | 企業的永續，是在自然生態體系、經濟體系、與社會體系間取得最適當的發展；企業在環境保護上的成果也被證明可以提升企業價值。本研究旨在探討如何提升手機回收率。研究中藉由探討各項影響回收行為之因素，企圖了解回收行為的相關變數如何影響手機使用者的回收行為模式。
研究對象以目前台灣地區的手機使用者。研究採用Ajzen(1991)的計劃行為理論(Theory of planned behavior, TPB)為基礎，作為分析回收行為意向與行為之模型。慈善機構的參與、機密資料的認知作為研究的題項，進行調節迴歸分析來檢視模型中所設定的調節變數是否有正向增強或負向削弱自變數與應變數間的關係。
實證結果發現：：1.「機密資料的認知」對回收行為意向有負向減弱的顯著的關係；2.「慈善機構的參與」與求職行為意向的相關性無一致性。本研究基於上述的研究結果之發現，對企業、政府當局及未來研究提出有關提高回收率的具體建議。

| dc.description.abstract | A sustainable corporation is to find balance between environment, economic and society. It has been proofed that achievement on environmental protection of a company which can increase value of a company. This research intends to find the key factors to increase recycling rate and aim to explore whether these key factors influence on recycling behavior.
The scope of the research contains mobile phone user in Taiwan. Using Ajzen(1991) “theory of planned behavior” (TPB) as the thesis theoretical framework that developing an analytical model to analyze recycling intention and recycling behavior. And, the research intends to reference the relative theory about recycling intention, NPO involvement and recognition of confidential information. The model of Moderated Regression Analysis applied to explain effect of factors.
The research finding: 1. Recognition of confidential information is negatively related to recycling Behavior Intention and able to predict the behavior of recycling; 2. NPO involvement and recycling behavior intention are not related, and not be able to predict the recycling behavior.
Finally, according to above findings, this research expects providing Taiwan’s enterprises, government and future researcher as recommendations on how to increase recycling rate in Taiwan.
