dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of social enterprise is solving the problems for such as marginalize groups and disadvantage groups by environments. Thus it has become an important issue of public policies for community development as well as social enterprises making a balance between social and economic dimension. The research intends to, 1) understand the values and relations among innovative agriculture industry, Hakka culture, and the land; 2) analyse the possibility for innovative agriculture industry’s transition to social enterprise. The sustainable development has become a follow interest increasingly over the last years. Since the sales of agricultural products are mostly controlled by distributors, it is rarely to hear the voice of agricultural producers. The benefits of agricultural producer have decreasingly declined, and it makes the Taiwanese agriculture to leave behind manufacturing and service industry. Moreover, it results into the fallow. Therefore, we need to think about the possibility for innovative agriculture industry apply into social enterprise. The study analyses and discusses how an innovative agriculture industry case using a social enterprise model to run the business in a Taiwanese Hakka village.
