摘要(中) 近年來產業變動與競爭越形激烈,企業紛紛尋求因應方式。然而究竟應具備什麼樣的內部能力,又該進行什麼樣的創新路徑,才能有效提升組織績效,眾說紛紜。本研究以資源基礎觀點探討在組織具備一定內部能力之下,透過不同創新方式,將如何影響組織績效的改變;並藉以檢視創新類型在內部能力和組織績效間的中介效果;更進一步探討外部資訊來源參考對象及企業規模不同的情況下的調節效果。 本研究採取紙本及網路問卷的調查方式,以台灣製造業上市、上櫃和興櫃公司高階經理人為調查對象,回收242份問卷,有效問卷207份,以結構方程式進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,模型的測量模式具有良好的信效度,在統計結果方面則發現(1) 研發和營銷能力對各式創新類型皆呈現正向顯著結果;(2) 僅產品創新對組織績效呈現正向顯著結果;(3)創新類型則幾乎都為部分中介效果,僅產品創新在研發能力和組織績效間具完全中介效果。
摘要(英) With the rapid business environment changes, the competition becomes more and more aggressive. Many managers want to know how to deal with this problem and help their companies to get more profit. There are a lot of researches that discuss about what internal capabilities are necessary and which innovative types they should adopt for improving organization performance. This study attempts to use the option of resource-based view to analyze if the companies have certain degree of internal capabilities, they how to affect the performance of organization through different types of innovation. And then examine how internal capabilities influence performance of organization indirectly through the types of innovation. Furthermore, this study also tries to realize whether the external information sourcing and the size of company will change the way internal capabilities influence the types of innovation or not. In order to address the above issues, this research has collected 242 questionnaires in total by using physical and internet questionnaire methods, the analysis upon 207 usable responses using structural equation modeling shows that the measurement model has good reliability and validity. The respondents are chief executives who work in the listed, OTC or emerging companies of manufacturing in Taiwan. For empirical studies and found the results below: (1) Research and marketing capabilities have noticeable relationship with all types of innovation. (2) Only product innovation has a positive effect on organization performance. (3) Almost types of innovation are partial mediation. There is only product innovation has full mediation between research capability and organization performance.
