摘要(中) 本論文機車頭燈為白光LED、橢圓反射罩、拋物面反射罩以及非球面透鏡所組成。白光LED輸出光通量為146 lumen,放置在橢圓反射罩第一焦點位置,利用其第二焦點收光,再使用拋物面反射罩將其焦點與橢圓反射罩第二焦點重疊,使光線準直,最後使用非球面透鏡投射在25 m外的待測面上形成寬4500 mm、高1000 mm光型,利用LightTools Non-Sequential Ray調整非球面透鏡的參數提高其效率與均勻度,可模擬在待測面上遠光燈效率達66.45%,平均差為14.17%,近光燈效率達66.43%,平均差為13.96%。
摘要(英) In this paper, we use the elliptical reflector, parabolic reflector and aspheric lens with the LED light source to form Lambertian distribution locomotive headlights. We used the software of LightTools to build the locomotive headlights and optimize the various components. We measured the surface which is 25 meter from the light source and satisfy ECE regulations No. 113. After the design, we add material parameters and check if it satisfies ECE regulations No. 113. The passing beam efficiency is 66.43, and average deviation is 13.96. The driving beam efficiency is 66.45, and average deviation is 14.17.
