摘要(中) 供應鏈機制是企業提供產品或服務的流程,管理者以供應鏈機制作為經營策略,並以此控制供應鏈績效。在全球化與科技進步下,資訊科技協助管理者改善企業營運,但以往研究較少涉及資訊科技如何影響供應鏈機制。
  近年來經濟不景氣,但中小企業卻持續成長,成為國家經濟發展重心;中小企業可用資源與規模有限,其供應鏈機制的規劃與運作格外重要。本研究以實證分析的方式,以臺灣地區中小企業作為研究樣本,逐步探討臺灣中小企業的供應鏈機制與供應鏈績效間的關係。除此之外並探討資訊科技對供應鏈的影響,觀察是否對供應鏈機制帶來中介效果。
  本研究將中小企業供應鏈機制分為生產及儲運物流、服務物流,並將供應鏈績效分為營運能力、彈性能力與服務能力等三面向,以結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)分析機制對績效的影響以及檢驗資訊系統的中介效果。根據207份有效樣本分析結果,發現生產及儲運物流對營運能力有正向影響,服務物流則對彈性與服務兩能力產生正向影響;而資訊科技能強化供應鏈機制的運作,具有中介影響力。最後,本研究針對研究結果進行分析,並與近期其他學者的研究比較與討論。
摘要(英) Supply chain mechanisms are business processes that provide products or services to customers. Managers consider/implement supply chain mechanisms as operational strategies, which help control the supply chain performance. Under the rapid growth of information technology (IT) and globalization, information systems help managers improve their business operation, however, there is limited research regarding how IT affects supply chain mechanisms.
  The economy is in depression now, but small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are still growing and have become the focus of the country’s economic development. Supply chain mechanisms are important to SMEs because these enterprises have limited resources. The present study investigates 207 SMEs in Taiwan and explores the relationship between supply chain mechanisms and its performance through empirical analyses. In addition, the present study also explores how IT mediates supply chain mechanisms and its performance.
  We use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationship between supply chain mechanisms and its performance. We find that IT strengthens supply chain operations, and IT mediates supply chain mechanisms and its performance.
