摘要(中) 近十幾年來,越來越多的公司已經成功導入企業資源規劃系統,所謂企業資源規
劃系統(ERP)指的主要以整合企業商務為主,然而系統內不只包含傳統的模組(會計模組、人力資源模組、配銷模組…等)它也提供延伸性的協助(供應鏈管理、顧客關係管理、資料倉儲…等)。

由於導入ERP 系統會花費龐大的成本以及必須負擔較高的風險,所以過去的研究主要著重在探討導入ERP 系統的階段,尤其是影響ERP 導入成功的關鍵因素,卻很少有研究專注於另一個在近年來逐漸受到重視的議題-ERP系統版本更新,像是為什麼組織會在版本更新時失敗?為什麼更新專案即使成功了,組織仍然花比預期更多的經費?

基於上述研究問題,本研究採用TOE 理論架構來檢驗影響ERP 版本更新的成功因素,而研究方法主要是以2013 年全台排名前2000 名製造業的公司做為樣本,再進行研究結果分析以及驗證假說,研究結果則顯示清楚的專案更新目標和系統更新品質會直接且正向的影響ERP 系統版本更新,系統配置和外部協助則是間接的影響。最後,期待本研究的研究結果可以提供給正準備更新或還在考慮更新的企業一些有用的建議。
摘要(英) Since the past decade, more and more companies have been implementation enterprise resource planning (ERP) System. ERP systems are fully integrated, enterprise-wide business applications with not only a complete set of traditional modules such as accounting, human resources management, sales and distribution, and manufacturing, but they also provide extensions such as supply chain management, data warehouse, and customer relationship management.

Due to the high cost and the associated risk of implementing ERP system, many studies are focus on the ERP implementation stage. Specifically, the impact of success factors in ERP implementation. However, a few research focus on ERP upgrade which are the other important issue after implementation stage in recent years. Such as, why did organization upgrade their system may make failure or even the success of upgrade project, organization also spent more time than expected?

For reasons above, the studies to examine the factors within the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework that affect the ERP version upgrade success. And this study collects data survey from top 2000 Taiwanese manufacturing firms to test the hypotheses. This study has shown that upgrade vision clarity and upgrade system quality are significant associated with ERP version upgrade success directly, system configuration and external support have indirect influence on ERP version upgrade success. Finally, the expected main contribution from this study is to provide recommend for organization which are plan to upgrade system or considering an upgrade.
