摘要(中) 隨著資訊科技的快速發展,多樣的多媒體存取方式造成了智慧財產的保護不易,所以數位多媒體的版權保護扮演很重要的角色。這是因為版權的侵犯及非授權的散佈多媒體會造成作者以及發行者的利益損失。但是以中小企業及小型的工作室來說,目前市面上的數位版權管理系統使用許可的費用與前置需求相當高與繁複。
本論文提出一個高相容且有效率的數位影片內容複本保護管理方法,提供簡單且有效率的數位影片複本的抗拷貝功能,只需於有配備DVD 燒錄器的Windows平台上即能夠完成影片的防護。本系統通過多種影片來源及平台的測試,可以支援多數的播放機。最後實驗結果顯示,此快速的數位影片保護方法比其他相關的系統更有效率,期改善後的速度提升了約兩成,且所需的空間代價也大幅度的減少。
摘要(英) With the rapid development of information technology, the various access to multimedia makes the intellectual property difficult to protect. Therefore the digital right management becomes an important role. That is because copyright infringement, piracy and unauthorized redistribution cause great damages to the content owners. However, the cost and prerequisites of adopting a commercially available DRM system is relative high to the production budget of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and SOHOs.
In this thesis, the digital video content duplication protection management scheme, which is for multi-vendor players, is proposed. Our system provides an efficient and simple content protection function which only needs a Windows PC with DVD recorder to build up anti-copy duplications. We conduct an experiment to test on different video samples and different platform. The result shows that our system is compatible with most of the DVD player and outperforms other copy protection system in terms of time and size overhead.
