摘要(中) 產品服務系統(Product Service System, PSS)強調以滿足消費者需求為主的概念,將產品的涵義從有形產品提昇到以服務代替產品。
穿戴式科技(Wearable Technology)指具有運算功能並可穿戴在使用者身上之衣物或配件。現今健康樂活意識抬頭,從過去單純的醫療行為到強調個人化服務的趨勢,穿戴式醫療保健量測產品便逐漸受到重視,追蹤使用者的健康資訊,透過雲端運算(Cloud Computing)的概念將資料回傳至系統平台,檢測可能發生的潛在問題,並做及時性的反應,亦希望藉此能提升使用者的生活健康品質。然而,如何準確、有效的整合產品及回饋系統,是本研究欲探討之議題。

本研究將應用設計結構矩陣(Design Structure Matrix, DSM) 及失效模式和效果分析(Failure Mode & Effect Analysis, FMEA),整合設計穿戴式科技結合醫療保健裝置之產品服務系統。
摘要(英) Product Service System (PSS) emphasized to meet consumer demand-oriented concepts, the meaning of the product from tangible products to provide service instead of products.
Wearable Technology refers to a calculation function can be worn on the user’s clothing or accessories. Today, because of the rising awareness of health, medical practices from the past simply to emphasize personal service trend, wearable healthcare measurement products will gradually be taken seriously, to track user’s health information, through the concept of cloud computing will data back to the system platform to detect potential problems that may occur, and make timely responses, also hoping to improve not only efficiency but quality of care. However, how accurate and effective integration of products and feedback system, is the main issue of this research.
This research will apply DSM (Design Structure Matrix) and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) to design a wearable medical device service system.
