本研究旨在探討企業採用運動與正念等兩種不同減壓方式對員工在心理、身體與專注力上之成效探討。本研究主要採實驗研究法,以某標案公司之34位員工為研究對象,於該公司年度主要投標期間(極大壓力期)進行本實驗。實驗採一組藉由正念減壓課程訓練、另一組則藉由運動,來探討不同的減壓方式,對於壓力所引起的心理、身體、專注力等三個面向,在這兩組人間所呈現的效果。此外為能進一步瞭解這兩種實驗方式對於受試者在過程中的身心轉化過程是如何影響他們對壓力的處理與反應,故於實驗結束後二周內進行半結構式的深度訪談,進一步提供質性效果的分析。
研究結果發現當壓力來襲,正念組在標案壓力更大之下,不管是在心理、身體還有專注力上,他們的抗壓表現都比運動組來的更好,而運動組僅在身體表現上有顯著改善,所以正念訓練之減壓效果比運動有效。 |

This thesis was designed to investigate the enterprises to adopt body exercise and mindfulness two different ways to explore the pressure reduction on mental, physical and concentrate. The study adopted experimental research, and experiment with 34 subjects from the firm to tender government project during their annual bid time. This study explores a different way of pressure reduction from body exercise and mindfulness will cause what effect in mind, physical and concentrate. In addition, to further understand the way these two experimental subjects in the process for the physical and psychological impact of the conversion process is how they deal with the response to pressure, so in-depth semi-structured interviews in two weeks after the end of the experiment, further analysis of qualitative effects.
Our study found that when people face the pressure, mindfulness groups have better performance on the mental, physical and concentration of compression than exercise groups. We also found the exercise group only has meaningful improved on physical. Our study discover the effect of mindfulness training have better pressure reduction than exercise. |
