摘要(中) 全球行動支付時代到來,近年來行動裝置硬體發展趨緩,行動支付服務為現今發展主流,行動支付平台越來越多,本研究蒐集社群媒體-推特(Twitter)的Tweets資料進行文字採礦,以Parks Associates發佈的報告結果為數據基礎,近五分之一的美國行動手機用戶(18%)使用了行動支付應用程序,PayPal仍是所有美國智慧型手機用戶中最受歡迎的12%,其次是零售品牌移動應用(9%),Apple Pay(4%),Android Pay(3%)和Samsung Pay(2%); 針對以上四大平台中所提到的ApplePay作為主題,探討此行動支付平台的相關熱門的關鍵詞語,利用概念連結兩階層方式呈現,第一層為行動支付平台最相關聯的八組詞語,第二層則是再以第一層的八組詞語做衍伸得出最相關詞語,針對兩階層關鍵詞語研究探討評估行動支付平台發展狀況,研究顯示ApplePay在於零售通路與群眾針對行動支付的活動有較低互動,著重於大型零售推廣、增加信用合作社支持家數,因使用技術不同於他牌技術,使用彈性較低,另外手續費偏高,故與其他支付平台比較起來不易推廣,縱使品牌度較高; 以及延申新型態金融科、支付平台框架發展(如生物辦識)皆影響行動支付市場生態發展; 本研究將有助於行動支付產業發展之基礎了解或提供相關產業發展之應用。
摘要(英) Nearly one in five US smartphone owners (18%) have now used a mobile payment app, research released by Parks Associates reveals, with PayPal proving to be the most popular among all US smartphone users with 12%, followed by retail-branded mobile apps (9%), Apple Pay (4%), Android Pay (3%) and Samsung Pay (2%).
According to this research , We study one of the payment platforms – ApplePay. Explore the popular keywords for this mobile payments platform. The concept Linking that have two classes, the first layer of mobile payments platform for the most relevant eight words, and the second layer is base on the eight words of the first layer to derive the most relevant word
The research shows that ApplePay has a low interaction with the mass-based activities for mobile payment, and focusing on large-scale retail promotion and credit cooperatives Support the number of households.
Because of the use of technology is different from other mobile payment app licensing technology, end user use of lower flexibility, and the higher transaction fees. It′s not easy to promote compared with other payment platforms, even if the brand is higher; And the new type of finance - Fintech , The mobile payments development of the platform framework (such as biological knowledge) will affect the mobile payments market and mobile payments ecological development. This study will help to pay for the foundation of industrial development to understand and provide relevant industrial applications.
