The purpose of this study was to understand and explore the essence meanings, role type and key success factors of co-leader experiences that roles of leaders and co-leaders play in enterprises. The Qualitative Research Methods were used. By purposive sampling, the nineteen human resource managers who are currently working in Taiwan enterprises were interviewed. The investigator performed in-depth interviews with the research participants to collect data. At last, the data were analyzed by the inductive methods.
Summarizing the study results, there are seven important points needed to mention:
(a) The positioning of the role of co-leaders
(b) The five types of the role of co-leaders
(c) The five key success factors of the role of co-leaders
According to the results and process of this study, the investigator discusses them further and provides specific suggestions in practice and future researches.
