摘要(中) 隨著環境保護與綠色消費意識的覺醒,使得企業意識到永續經營的重要性,正積極著手改變以適應環境的快速變化並滿足顧客需求,企業因而制定環保因應策略,將落實相關永續企業實務列為首要任務。本研究透過實證研究以探討企業所選擇的環保策略導向如何影響永續供應鏈實務的採用,以及當落實永續供應鏈時對企業永續績效與營運績效的影響。
本研究以策略選擇理論(strategic choice theory)探討企業落實永續供應鏈實務時,環保聲譽策略導向與環保創新策略導向這兩個前置因素所扮演之角色、永續供應鏈機制對實施逆物流之影響,以及兩者(即永續供應鏈機制與逆物流)如何影響企業永續與營運績效。本研究以結構方程模式(structural equation modeling, SEM)分析244份來自中小型製造業的問卷樣本,結果顯示環保聲譽策略導向與環保創新策略導向彼此有直接正相關,而且前者對永續供應鏈機制有直接顯著影響但後者則無;永續供應鏈機制對逆物流亦有直接顯著影響,並且這兩者分別都對企業永續績效與營運績效有顯著正向影響。最後,本研究歸納實證研究結果並提出理論與實務上的相關建議。
摘要(英) With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and green consumption, firms have realized the importance of sustainability, so that they are positively undertaking changes to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment, and meeting customer demands. Thus, firms may formulate multiple ecologically friendly strategies and regard the implement of sustainable business practices as the top priority. The purpose of this empirical research is to predict first, the influence of ecological strategic orientations to sustainable supply chain practices and second, the impact on firm performance with the employment of sustainable supply chain practices.
This research uses the strategic choice theory to better understand the antecedent roles of two ecological strategic orientations (i.e. eco-reputation and eco-innovation strategic orientations) on both the implementation and outcomes of sustainable supply chain practices where the implementation includes reverse logistics and the outcomes refers to firm performance. Survey responses from 244 manufacturing SMEs are tested through structural equation modeling. The findings show that eco-reputation and eco-innovation strategic orientations positively affect each other, and the former positively influences sustainable supply chain functions. In addition, sustainable supply chain functions have a positive effect on reverse logistics, and they individually positively impact firm sustainable performance and operational performance. Finally, the study offers theoretical and managerial suggestions by summarizing empirical evidence.
