個人離開目前組織的意圖可能來自組織和個人因素。本研究的目的是探討創業意圖是否可以調解組織和個人因素對越南語境內成交意向的影響。本研究中研究的組織因素是P-O錯配,組織承諾,個人因素包括積極的個性和開放的經驗。使用來自越南各職業的212名參與者的樣本,分層介導的回歸顯示,企業家意圖完全介導了經驗和周轉意圖關係的開放性。這一發現還提供了對企業家意圖潛在調解作用的理論影響的更多洞察。此外,還討論了對創業教育和內部創業精神的實際影響。未來的研究應該在多種語境中檢驗效應的有效性和泛化。

摘要(英) Title: Turnover intentions: The influence of organizational and individual factors and the mediating role of entrepreneurial intentions in Vietnamese context

An individual’s intent to leave the current organization can result from organizational and individual factors. The objective of this present research was to explore if entrepreneurial intentions can mediate the impacts of organizational and individual factors on turnover intentions in Vietnamese context. The organizational factors studied in this study were P-O misfit, organizational commitment, and the individual factors included proactive personality and openness to experience. Using a sample of 212 participants from various occupations in Vietnam, hierarchical mediated regression revealed that entrepreneurial intentions fully mediated the openness to experience and turnover intentions relationship. The finding also provides additional insight into the theoretical implications of the potential mediating role of entrepreneurial intentions. Moreover, practical implications for entrepreneurship education and internal entrepreneurship were discussed. Future research should examine the validity and generalization of the effect in a diverse set of contexts.
