摘要(中) 本研究之主題為探討台灣電動機車產業之開放式創新。首先以簡短描述為開端,敘述創新理論與開放式創新概念,接著詳細描述亨利.伽斯柏的開放式創新與封閉式創新之關係比較,以及開放式服務創新。再以最近在電動機車產業新起之秀睿能創意公司(GOGORO)為個案研究對象,以個案方式論述其產品創新『智慧雙輪』和服務的創新『車聯網』,同時也說明該公司如何與其夥伴關係結合過程和台灣政府的策略作為個案研究的目的。最後根據台灣政府法規和對電動機車相關補助措施,探討台灣電動機車產業的未來發展,並提出建議。
摘要(英) The topic of the study is to explore the open innovation of Taiwan electric motorcycle industry. First, to start with description of the theory of innovation and open innovation concept. Then to describe in detail with the comparison between open innovation and closed innovation theory of Henry Chesbrough. Moreover, to use GOGORO Innovation Company, a new star in Taiwan motorcycle industry, as an example for a case study. The purpose of the study is not only to describe its product innovation (Smart Scooter) and service innovation (Internet of Vehicle), but also to describe the process of integration with its partners and cooperation with the Government. Finally, according to our Government regulations and subsidies for electric motorcycle, the study will also explore the future development of electric motorcycle industry and make recommendations.
