摘要(中) 有別於其他種類之壓縮機,雙螺桿壓縮機之關鍵零組件係一對相互嚙合之螺旋轉子,因此,針對該轉子齒形之設計與分析即為此類壓縮機之性能關鍵之一。在雙螺桿壓縮機轉子之設計開發階段中,齒型性能分析模擬以及與競爭對手機型之性能比較皆是必不可少的重要項目,然而其齒型構成複雜、幾何構形分析實屬不易。本研究提出一數值計算方法,可針對廠商所提供藉由三次元量床所量測得到之齒型離散點資料進行整理,並且進行運算得到齒型接觸線上之嚙合間隙分佈,有助於評估轉子嚙合時高壓流體透過轉子間接觸線之洩漏狀況。基於上述之齒間間隙計算方法,進一步提出應用於變導程螺旋轉子之齒間間隙計算方法。本研究更基於計算得到之間隙分佈數值,以此反推創成逼近原始設計中不具有齒間間隙之理想嚙合齒型,大幅減少後續齒型相關性能分析所需花費之前處理時間。後續並以CAD建模方式實際進行齒間間隙之量測,並將量測所得之結果與前述計算所得數值相互驗證、比較,以確立其計算數值之精確性。
摘要(英) Unlike other types of compressors, the key components of twin-screw compressors are a pair of meshing helical rotors. Therefore, the design and analysis of the rotor tooth profile is a key factor for the performance of such compressors. In the design and development stage of the twin-screw compressor rotor, the tooth profile performance analysis and the performance comparison with the competitor models are essential and crucial. However, the complex tooth profile of rotors makes it difficult to analyze. This study proposes a numerical method, which is able to rearrange the discrete point data of rotor tooth profiles measured by the manufacturer using a coordinate measuring machine, and obtaining the meshing clearance distribution on the contact line. The method is helpful for evaluating the leakage of fluid from high pressure grooves to low pressure grooves through the inter-tooth contact line during operation. Based on the above inter-lobe clearance calculating method, the inter-tooth clearance calculation for the variable lead screw rotor is further proposed. This study also proposed a numerical method for reversely generating a pair of ideal conjugated rotor profiles based on the calculated clearance distribution values, which generates a pair of ideal rotor profiles that does not have inter-lobe clearance in the original design, greatly reducing the processing time before the subsequent tooth profile performance analysis. Subsequently, the measurement of the inter-lobe clearance is performed using CAD modeling method, and the measured results are verified and compared with the previously calculated values to ensure the accuracy of the calculated values.
