摘要(中) 雲端運算的興起改變了企業過去IT資源的採購模式。在過去,公司採購硬體設備時,需要評估未來五年十年資料以及業務的成長量來進行採購,雲端運算按需求調整資源的資源供應方式將改變這樣的做法。另外按使用量計費的方式也使企業的資本支出轉為營運資出,讓企業資金的運用更加靈活,這些誘因驅使企業轉向投入雲端運算,然而存放在雲端上資料的安全性以及系統效能的可靠性始終是企業採用雲端的障礙,雲端運算所帶來的利益與風險影響著企業採納雲端的意圖。
本研究將運用TOE框架以及風險利益框架對於企業採納雲端的情境進行研究並發展架構,了解技術、組織和環境因素對決策者帶來使用雲端運算的利益和風險感知,這些風險和利益的感知透過決策者本身的風險與利益傾向形成決策者採納雲端的意圖。透過這個架構,雲端運算採納意圖形成的過程將更加透明及可追溯。
摘要(英) Cloud computing has influenced the IT resources procurement mode in companies. The pay-as-you-use of computing resources basis as needed enables capital expenditures to be converted into operating expenses for companies, which makes their use of fund more flexible. This motivate companies to move to cloud computing. However, the data security and reliability of system performance are the obstacles for enterprises to adopt the cloud computing. The benefits and risks of cloud computing affect the intention of enterprises to adopt the cloud computing.
The object of this article is using the TOE framework and the risks-benefits framework in the cloud computing adoption scenario to develop an architecture. In this study, it is believed that the technical, organizational, and environmental factors make decision makers perceive benefits and risks of using cloud computing at the same time. Moreover, The perception of these risks and benefits through the decision makers′ own risks and benefits tendency influence the intention to adopt the cloud computing. The process of cloud computing adoption will be more transparent and traceable through using this architecture.
