摘要(中) 本研究以 299 位各行各業正職之從業人員為研究對象,探討員工的工作要求和個 人與工作適配度對於心其理狀態的影響,以及心理狀態與工作倦怠之關係,透過發放 問卷的方式進行資料蒐集,並使用迴歸分析驗證本研究之假設。研究結果顯示工作要 求與心理狀態之間存在負向關係、個人與工作適配度和心理狀態之間存在正向關係, 以及心理狀態與工作倦怠之間具有正向關係。此外,本研究亦發現個人與工作適配度 對心理狀態之影響力會大於工作要求對心理狀態。最後,本研究根據研究結果對管理 實務之意涵進行討論,並 出未來研究之建議。
摘要(英) This study investigates the relationships among job demands, person-job fit, psychological conditions, and burnout. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed to verify the hypotheses of the study. It is found that job demands are negatively related to employees’ psychological conditions. Person-job fit is positively related to employees’ psychological conditions. Employees’ psychological conditions are negatively to the degree of burnout. In addition, person-job fit has a greater effect on psychological conditions than job demands. Managerial implication and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
