摘要(中) 本研究旨在探討工作負荷、資訊與通訊科技對於工作家庭衝突的影響。本研究以資源保存以論為主要論點,探討當工作者處於工作負荷的壓力狀況下,是否會於非上班時間使用資訊與通訊科技此項資源執行工作相關事務,以減緩自身壓力。當工作者過度於非上班時間使用工作資源時,亦即同時間也占用家庭資源的時間,進而帶來新衝突,即為工作家庭衝突。同時,本研究以知覺有用性為調節變項,當工作者知覺資訊與通訊科技可以協助自己提升工作績效時,是否會增強使用行為。
本研究採用問卷調查法並設計為分兩階段問卷,第一階段發放270份問卷,回收261份;第二階段發放261份問卷,回收261份問卷,共17份無效問卷,最終有效樣本為244份,有效填答率為90.4%。研究結果顯示,工作負荷與非上班時間使用資訊與通訊科執行工作有正向關聯;非上班時間使用資訊與通訊科技執行工作與工作家庭衝突有正向關聯;非上班時間使用資訊與通訊科技執行工作對於工作負荷與工作家庭衝突,具有中介效果;知覺有用性對於工作負荷以及非上班時間使用資訊與通訊科技執行工作,則未具有調節效果。
最後,依據研究結果,提出本研究之管理意涵、研究限制以及對於未來研究之建議,供後續研究相關領域者參考。
摘要(英) This study aims to explore the impact of workload, information and communications technology on work-family conflicts. This study takes conservation of resources theory as the main perspective and discusses when workers are with workload, whether they use information and communications technology to execute work-related affairs during non-working hours to release their stress. When people over use the work resources, they also consume other resources, which leads to new conflicts, that is, work-family conflicts. At the same time, this study uses perceived usefulness as a moderator, that is, when workers perceive that ICT can help them improve work performance, whether they will enhance the behavior of use.
This study used questionnaire survey and designed as two-stages. In the first phase, by sending 270 questionnaires, a total of 261 were returned. In the second phase, by sending 261 questionnaires, a total of 261 questionnaires were returned and total of 17 invalid questionnaires were collected. The valid response rate was 90.4%. The results of the study confirms that there is a positive relationship between the workload and use of ICT to execute work during non-working time; there is a positive relationship between the use of ICT to execute work during non-working time and work-family conflicts; the use of ICT to execute work during non-working time have mediation effect on workload and work-family conflicts; The perceived usefulness has no moderation effect on the workload and the use of ICT to execute work during non-working time.
Finally, according research results, the managerial implications, limitation of research and recommendations for future research will be provides as reference for future research.
