摘要(中) 工業4.0背景下進行轉型升級一直是各國關注之議題,而製造業如何在工業4.0背景下進行轉型升級是高度競爭產業所需探索的命題,而精實生產體系的建設是一個長期的過程,企業透過量的積累,最終實現質的變化。

本研究對象為P公司,P公司成立於2007年是一家臺灣的電子製造公司,主要業務為開發電腦周邊、通信技術及消費性電子產品予品牌供應商,並從事計算機外圍裝置和組件的開發、設計和製造,為全球前5大ODM產業,其蘇州廠區已成立20年,在過往發展中,P公司曾進行過精實生產活動推廣,但是受多方面因素影響未能成功落實,現因生產經營需要,再度進行精實生產活動,本研究透過P公司此次精實生產活動深入研究重新審思分析該案公司組織結構、計劃排產、生產佈局、技術工藝和質量管理五方面不足之處,並使P公司全員對於精實生產均有了全面的瞭解與認知,使管理層的管理意識與管理方法亦相應產生了一定改變。

本研究採用個案分析法,先行對分析PC製造業產業現況與探討個案公司現有之內部環境與外部環境,而後依個案公司為例探討製造業企業應如何圍繞精實生產進行作業方式變革,從公司組織優化結構並改變生產現狀為拉動式生產,並找出浪費符合精實生產之精神,革新改善該公司測試方式提高生產效率,用來面對未來之不穩定世界經貿局勢。
摘要(英) How to transition to Industry 4.0 is one of the most talked about topics in worldwide, the manufacturing industry how to upgrading to more smart, more intelligent manufacturing in future is also an important topic that have to be explored, now set up the leaning production system is long term process, company only amount of accumulation then has a qualitative leap.

The research object is company P, Company P was established in 2007 and it′s have over 20 years top 5 tier OEM/ODM service for diversity PC & communication products and consumer products experience, and is also engaged in the development of computer peripheral devices and components. Company P′s Suzhou factory has been established for 20 years; they have carried out lean production activities in past but it has not been successfully implemented due to various factors. Now they re-start the lean production activities due to business & operation request, it will through the org. structure, production planning, production layout, technical process and quality management five parts to do deep analyze to find lean improvement, at same time they will make sure all employees & management team have full understanding of lean production, to be better & easier promote lean production.

This project will case by case to analysis & compares the PC manufacturing industry situation between internal with external, then to find out way how to improve base on lean production rule, it will optimize the org structure and create the production environment from passive to active, to find out the waste during production to meet the lean request to upgrading will improve production efficiency, then we will have confidence to face unstable economic & trade situation.
