However, with the development of the scientific and technological era, in the trend of industry 4.0, patrol is the case company in the process of promoting intelligent factories, information breakpoint, and thus the rise of patrol system.|
The main purpose of this study is how to use digital tools to complete the patrol system under the intelligent factory, such as automated upload patrol parameters, so that inspectors can easily record the contents of the patrol.
For the supervisor, it is true that the implementation of the ring security work is the most important, the chance of the incident is not high, but if it occurs, the consequences are very serious, the supervisor takes into account is a lot of losses, if not really patrol, accompanied by, may be the cost of an accident. And for inspectors, regardless of their will or ability, to be able to complete the patrol report simply and really is the most important, for inspectors, it is considered is small chance, although most of the time on-site conditions change little, but under the norms, and must personally carry out patrol work, and patrol with more forms and different, finishing time, more in response to different places, things are different, can be said to be time-consuming labor.
This study uses case study methods, including literature collection, interviews between supervisors and inspectors, personal visits with inspectors to carry out patrol work, and then conduct data analysis and inference, through the design thinking methodology of the Hasso Plattner School of Design, Stanford University, with the user as the center, the empathy mapping, demand definition, ideating and prototyping, through continuous practical testing, to achieve the patrol work become simple and real.
At the same time, also realize to let the problem detection and treatment become more real-time, often the problem may be found twice a day during the patrol time, with the system, the problem will become immediate, greatly reducing the risk of ring safety and its associated losses.
The research results are designed to find out the most suitable patrol methods for supervisors and inspectors, mainly to make patrol work simple and true, but also to make the problem detection and treatment become immediate, and thus avoid the incident.
