摘要(中) 新創公司已逐漸成為推動產業創新的動力來源,多國的經濟政策也將創新創業的領域納入國家發展計劃之中。而在創業初期往往會面臨資源困乏的窘境,因此育成中心的定位則為新創創業初期的培育單位。旨在提供完善的資源,並協助新創公司成長。有鑑於此,本研究整合智慧資本、創新氣候、吸收能耐與價值共創探討新創公司的創新績效,並透過階層線性模型 (Hierarchical Linear Modeling)建構影響新創公司發展的三層級模型架構。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為進駐在育成中心的新創公司,共有249筆樣本,再依照新創公司進駐的單位分為30家育成中心與12處育成聯盟。實證結果顯示智慧資本中的結構資本是跨層級重要的中介變數,證實育成中心的規範流程會影響整個協作網絡的組織行為。此外,育成中心的創新氣候和新創公司的吸收能耐對於新創公司的創新績效呈現正相關,表示營造一個高度包容的氛圍,能使新創公司更勇於創新;除了良好的環境之外,公司本身也須具備運用資訊的反應能力,能透過有利資訊以達成創新目標。新創公司若有較好的創新績效,能成功吸引更多投資方與技術夥伴,也顯著影響該公司的價值共創,亦即是新產品開發對於新創公司發展之重要性。本研究的研究結果能夠提供學術與業界對於未來創業發展的參考方向與建議。
摘要(英) Startups have gradually become a driving force to press ahead industrial innovation, and the economic policies of countries have also incorporated the field of innovation and entrepreneurship into their development plans. However, in the early stage of entrepreneurship, they often face the dilemma of inadequate resources. Therefore, the position of the incubation center is to cultivate the unit in the early stage of entrepreneurship. It aims to provide comprehensive resources and assist the growth of startups. In the light of this, this research integrates intellectual capital, climate for innovation, absorption capacity, and value co-creation to explore the innovation performance of startups. The research model was analyzed with data collected from 249 startups stationed in incubation centers and using hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) to construct a three-level model divided into 30 incubation centers and 12 incubation alliances according to the startups. The empirical results show that the structural capital is an essential mediator across the hierarchy, confirming that the norms and standardization of the incubation center will affect the organizational behavior of the collaborative network. In addition, the climate for innovation and absorption capacity are positively associated with the innovation performance of startups, indicating that creating a highly inclusive atmosphere can make startups bold in innovation. Besides the environment, startups must also have the ability to effectively utilize information and achieve innovation goals through beneficial details. Suppose startups have better innovation performances, which can successfully attract more investors and technology partners. Moreover, it will also significantly affect the company′s value co-creation, that is, the new product development is important for the growth of startups. The results of this study can provide a reference on academic and practical aspects.
