摘要(中) 本研究主要探討組織與家庭支持、工作生活平衡、心理狀態(心理意義、心理可得性、心理安全感)及工作績效之間的關係,欲了解組織與家庭支持對於達成工作生活平衡的重要性,並檢視工作生活平衡是否能促進員工心理狀態的良好發展,以及心理狀態是否會影響工作績效。本研究採用問卷調查法,以台灣地區的正職從業人員為調查對象,最終回收共計265份問卷。研究結果發現:(1)知覺組織支持對工作生活平衡有顯著的正向影響效果;(2)知覺家庭支持對工作生活平衡有顯著的正向影響效果;(3)工作生活平衡對心理意義有顯著的正向影響效果;(4)工作生活平衡對心理可得性有顯著的正向影響效果;(5)工作生活平衡對心理安全感有顯著的正向影響效果;(6)心理意義對工作績效有顯著的正向影響效果;(7)心理可得性對工作績效有顯著的正向影響效果;(8)心理安全感對工作績效有顯著的正向影響效果。
摘要(英) This study investigated the relationships among organizational and family support, work-life balance, psychological condition (psychological meaningfulness, psychological availability, and psychological safety), and job performance. The study aims to understand the importance of organizational and family support in cultivating work-life balance, and to examine whether work-life balance can promote positive development of employees′ psychological condition, and whether psychological condition would affect job performance.
The research adopted a questionnaire survey method, and data were collected from 265 full-time employees in Taiwan. The results of the study showed that: (1) Perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on work-life balance. (2) Perceived family support has a significant positive impact on work-life balance. (3) Work-life balance has a significant positive impact on psychological meaning. (4) Work-life balance has a significant positive impact on psychological availability.(5) Work-life balance has a significant positive impact on psychological safety. (6) Psychological meaning has a significant positive impact on job performance. (7) Psychological availability has a significant positive impact on job performance. (8) Psychological safety has a significant positive impact on job performance.
