摘要(中) 本研究是以台灣企業1000大及新竹科學園區廠商中550家為研究對象,採全體調查的方式進行問卷研究。回收有效問卷為108份,問卷有效回收率19.63% 。
透過本研究顯示台灣企業在做規劃與執行時,對於人力資源各項活動仍較採取單獨思考的方式,對於整體與企業策略配合的程度仍嫌不足,故對於人力資源角色與決策層次的提升為人力資源管理努力的方向。前瞻者策略在組織績效表現上均有明顯較佳,目前在台灣企業界應採取積極開發新產品、尋求新市場為競爭的目標與手段。依研究結果得知,型Ⅲ-最多回應資訊策略之企業以累積者人力資源管理策略最優;前瞻者策略在組織績效表現上均有明顯較佳,目前在台灣企業界應採取積極開發新產品、尋求新市場為競爭的目標與手段,資訊策略在組織績效表現上均有明顯較佳,台灣企業應採取以強調顧客服務、滿足市場需求為競爭目標與手段,究竟契合之企業其組織績效是否比非契合企業為佳?在本研究中並未獲得支持。
企業組織必須積極地去應付環境的變化,而且需要同時考慮內在與外在環境的因素加以配合(契合觀點)。因此,針對企業在經營管理時,對於採行何種企業策略、資訊策略與人力資源管理策略的搭配組合是非常重要。最後本研究預期能夠提供些許的貢獻:
提供建立企業對於採行各種策略的文獻參考,過去研究並未探討資訊策略與人力資源管理策略的關係,透過本研究結果顯示,資訊策略與人力資源管理策略確實具有顯著性相關,並且與企業策略相契合,因此,希望提供企業界在發展企業目標策略時,如何採行企業策略、資訊策略與人力資源管理策略及搭配三種策略組合時的參考。
