摘要(中) 對組織中的群體而言,最常見的任務型態即是針對特定意題產生構想。然
而,許多的群體會議多半被認為是沒有效率且浪費時間的。然而,管理人員卻
每天必需花費相當比例的時間在群體會議上。隨著資訊科技一日千里,資訊技
術不斷地創新,亦提供了許多新興的溝通媒體選擇。因此,如何透過電腦的輔
助,來減少群體會議中的缺失,即成為資訊管理研究中的重要課題。本研究欲
了解在腦力激盪會議中,採取不同會議方式的會議方式,及不同大小的群體規
模,是否對於會議成員的會議過程及結果有所影響,以及具有有不同人格特質
的會議成員在群體會議中的表現是否有所差異。
本研究以大學生為實驗樣本,以實驗室實驗法(laboratory experiment)進行腦
力激盪會議之實驗,並利用問卷調查、及在會議中紀錄會議成員所發表構想的
方式收集資料。研究結果發現:
1. 「群體大小」與「人格特質」對會議成員的「會議過程」有所影響,此
外,「人格特質」對會議成員的「會議結果」亦有影響,「會議方式」的
影響則皆未達顯著水準。
2. 「會議方式」與「人格特質」的交互作用對「構想數量」及「構想品質」
有影響。但對於「會議過程滿意度」、「會議過程參與感」的影響均未達
到顯著水準。
3. 「會議方式」、「群體大小」及「人格特質」三因子交互作用對「會議過
程滿意度」、「會議過程參與感」與「構想品質」有所影響,但對於「構
想數量」的影響則未達影響水準。
4. 「會議過程滿意度」、「會議過程參與感」、「構想數量」及「構想品
質」呈現正向變動關係。
