摘要(中) 仔細檢討商學領域有關創新的討論,絕大部分都是針對科技創新,似乎很難發現商學創新的內容。事實上,信用卡、旅行支票、星巴克咖啡等都是傑出的商業創新,因此在科技創新之外,商業創新可以是一個獨立的創作場域,處於其間的創作者、創作作品、創作過程以及創作情境都有必要獨立分析,以增加吾人對以商業創新為基礎的競爭優勢的掌握。
在商業創作者的部份以「商業智能」做為主題,商業創作作品則以「經營模式」做主題,商業創作過程則以「主宰設計」做主題,又因為商業創作與科技創新構成新興事業的DNA雙螺旋,因此再加上實務上常藉由激進式創新專案所推動的「突破性創新」做主題。商業智能本研究認為有三大成分,分別為:分析智能、實踐智能與創意智能。而經營模式,本研究歸納各學者的說法,整理出本研究所認為的八大成分,其分別為:價值主張、資源部署、核心策略、組織設計、價值網路、產品設計、營收機制、財富潛力。本研究所認為的商業創作過程應是藉由商業智能提升激進式創新專案的成果,商業智能對激進式創新專案影響的這一階段,本研究稱之為前導階段。而在一連串激進式專案成功後,自然推動廠商產生突破式創新。而不同的突破式創新,經營模式成分的設計也會有所不同,因此造成不同的經營模式,故突破式創新要與合適的經營模式搭配,方能將其創新價值展現出來,而突破式創新對經營模式影響的這一階段,本研究稱之為設計階段。而最後無論是不同的突破式創新,或是經營模式各成分的設計,都會對主宰設計的形成產生影響。
