摘要(中) 新產品開發是企業利潤創造、形象提升與策略運用的主要來源,新產品的營業額佔總營業額的比例,依產業而有所不同,此一數字在30%~40%之間,對於高科技公司而言,其比例更高達42.3%,而此比例仍在持續增加中。企業在經歷過嚴苛的市場考驗後,已漸漸體認到新產品將是未來最具威力的競爭武器,唯有持續地進行產品研發、創新,才能真正確保永續生存與發展。
根據策略管理理論,如果公司的策略能與組織配合,則可以達到較高的績效,因此,新產品開發績效受到公司所選的技術策略與組織作為所影響,而公司知識管理實施成功與否有其前提,因此對於配合公司技術目標之設定及為達成技術目標與公司之事業目標所需之手段,勢必得有一套知識管理機制與之配合方得竟其功。彈性化的組織結構、資訊科技的運用及組織文化塑造等知識基礎建設是實施知識管理的基石,但是在知識流程能力(知識取得能力、知識轉換能力、知識應用能力及知識保護能力)上,公司卻可依其不同的技術策略,而在客觀環境因素的影響下,選取其應該著重的能力,給予較多的資源,而有不同的知識管理機制,因此,本研究將以公司的技術策略與公司的組織來加以探討。
本研究以國內高科技電子製造業為研究對象,總計發出450份問卷,總共回收121份問卷,實際有效問卷為113份,回收率為25.1%。研究分析結果如下:
一、不同技術策略廠商,其知識管理機制亦有所不同。前瞻者群廠商在知識取得能力、知識轉換能力、知識應用能力及知識保護能力等四個構面上之分數比防衛者群高。
二、技術策略與知識管理機制之配合對新產品開發績效有影響。前瞻者配合高知識管理能力型的新產品開發績效最高,而防衛者配合低知識管理能力型的績效最低,前瞻者策略配合高知識管理能力型知識管理機制的新產品開發績效高於配合低知識管理能力型知識管理機制的績效,而防衛者策略配合高知識管理能力型知識管理機制的新產品開發績效高於配合低知識管理能力型知識管理機制的績效。
